She holds a BA in the Indonesian Language and Literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and has a background in event planning and multi-language translation. 

 

Starlynn was the recipient of 2023-2024 BC Arts Council Scholarship, 2023 David Pritchard Stage Management Scholarship, 2023 Boca del Lupo’s SLaM Program Bursary. â€‹

She would like to acknowledge that she is fortunate to be able to live, learn, and work on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish People.
