Starlynn Chen (she/her) is an emerging costume & set designer and a third-year Production Program student at Studio 58.

Recent credits: Design Assistant for Father Tartuffe: An Indigenous Misadventure (Arts Club, Touchstone Theatre); Apprentice Designer for Community Creates 2024 (Arts Club); Assistant to the Set Designer for Blood Wedding (Studio 58); and Education Production Assistant for Bard Education (Bard on the Beach).

Starlynn was the recipient of 2023 BC Arts Council Schorlarship, 2023 David Pritchard Stage Management Scholarship, 2023 Boca del Lupo’s SLaM Program Bursary.
